The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site ("www.peepshowonline.co.uk"). The products purchased on www.peepshowonline.co.uk are directly sold by PEEPSHOW.

PEEPSHOW will hereinafter be referred to as "the Vendor" or "We" or "Us"

Goods will be despatched within 28 days of an order being received. Should an item be unavailable the customer will be informed by an email and an alternative offered if the original item is no longer available. We will endeavour to obtain the original item at all costs, sometimes due issues with some suppliers it may take longer that 28 days.

We ship worldwide, The shipping cost is based on what you've ordered and where it's going to. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is shipped.

Delivery times (once order is shipped):
1-5 days within UK
5-7 Day for Europe
up to 27 days for Outside the UK

No customer information, including email addresses shall be given or sold to any third parties in accordance with our privacy policy.

Payments will be made through Pay Pal. Please refer to Pay Pal’s terms and conditions for when payment will be taken.

Attempts to gain goods with false or invalid information will be dealt with as fraud; our system uses some of the best fraud prevention checks provided by our payment provider. Orders may be deleted without notification if we believe them to be fraudulent.

All billing details will be kept for 3 years and will then be destroyed.

We reserve the right to credit or cancel any order that may appear to be fraudulent or incomplete.

We supply all goods at the request of our customers if they are ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

If we experience problems with fulfilling an order we will email the customer with details of the problem and offer an alternative if necessary we may re-process the order to resolve issues that may arise at the point of ordering.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.

Upon placing the order, the customer agrees that the information given on the order is correct. Any changes to information contained on the customer at the time of ordering will be made at the discretion of PEEPSHOW.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer agrees that PEEPSHOW from time to time might send promotional mail to the customer. These promotional mailing will stop if requested by the customer.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you must return it to us within 7 days of receiving the delivery.  *Items must be returned via a recorded postal delivery service at your own cost.  We do not accept liability for items lost in the post If you decide to return your item(s).  The item(s) must be in the exact same condition as when you received it.

*Under no circumstances will items be refunded if they have not been posted for return within this 7 day period.
